Another factoid:

All the nuclear weapons of the approximately 2000 nuclear weapons ever detonated by men since 1945 yields a combined total of about 600 Megatons   That's equal to the total energy output of a single moderate sized hurricane over 10 hours. 


The world's nuclear arsenals are clearly not in any league level suitable for holding back hurricanes.


So the clear implication is we should build many, many more nuclear weapons.

What if we reverse the polarity of the neutron flow?  Would that help?
