Just finished running one last piece of wood I'm using to make a box through the power sander. My (post-surgical) foot is hurting, so I'll make the last dado for the lid tomorrow, and then cut the pieces to shape and glue them together. The carcass of the box is made, dyed and oiled. Have to wait for the tung oil to cure before the final coat. It's a mighty fauncy box for coffee filters, but I felt like making something nice. Better than the plastic bag they are in now, anyway. Oil cure time is making it take about a week to produce. Pretty much all waiting time. The actual wood chopping is quick.
