I haven't tried tantra yet, I am always open to trying things though before assuming they won't work for me. I used to only ever be able to get focused when i was either doing exercise or doing art or making music, but i tried yoga then, just to see what all the fuss was about, and it opened up a whole new avenue of relaxation and focus for me.
Nowadays whenever I ever find myself assuming or tending to think something wouldn't suit or work for me, no matter what it is, I always now ask myself why I feel that way and if i don't have a valid reason or experience with said practice, I will make myself try it, at least a few times, just to see. (obviously this excludes all dogmatic religious practices, and any new age pseudoscientifical or therapeutical practices or remedies..and homosexuality LOL.. but everything else, everything else gets a fair trial
