Pick one bodyweight exercise, anything you want to do, and do sets of them until you literally just can't anymore. Challenge yourself to go to the next level. Post results if you want.
I have to do something that doesn't involve my neck right now (I do neck and shoulder exercises twice a week in PT). So, I think I'll do a wall sit until I feel like I'm going to die.
My challenge has been the elliptical machine. When I got started, I would set the resistance to 4 and I'd average about 3.5 mph over 30 minutes. Nowadays, I've been setting my resistance to 16 and still averaging 5.5 mph.
I do need to get to the gym. First I need to eat something, though; rice a roni on the stove now.
I live on facebook. Come see me there. http://www.facebook.com/tara.rizzatto
