I'd suggest going for a run, but not everyone's up to that. If you're not, go for a walk. A long, aimless walk. Just, you know, walk. Start at your house and walk away from it for an hour, then walk back. It's low impact, good for the old cardio-pulmonaries, it burns more fat than doing nothing, and you might see something interesting.
