Here's a challenge for tomorrow, but you prep for it tonight.
Before you go to bed, gather up all the loose change in the house - sofa cushions, piggy banks, swear jars, wherever - and scatter it across the floors in at least two rooms (if you have kids or pets that might eat coins, take appropriate precautions).
When you get up tomorrow, make it your first order of business to pick up all the coins, BUT you have to pick them up one at a time, bending only at the waist. (This was a school fitness thing we did when I was a kid, but with wooden disks instead of coins)
