Absolutely. I was a Buddhist for years, and a huge part of my practice was being completely present in everything I set out to do. I would focus only on what I was doing, and work to be "in the moment". It gives you a greater appreciation for perfunctory tasks and day-to-day life.
That will never hold up in court...
