The Japanese tried to develop the atomic bomb, as did the Germans. If the IJN had the atomic bomb on Dec. 7th, 1941, they would have used it at Pearl Harbor.

Documents of the US army indicate that actually my hometown was originally targeted for usage of the first nuke. Its hardly a "white people vs ..." thing when the US, a nation that has some 30% german heritage tries to nuke a city in Germany. Well, the seal-culling can be subsumed under 'Africa'. Namibia slaughters about 90 000 seals every year (I think that's the number).
