YOU'RE in denial and obviously full of shit because the history of renegade privateers making themselves tremendously rich off of "White Gold" is fairly well-known. Hell, fucking Hollywood based Pirates of the Caribbean's Captain Jack Sparrow off of one of the most infamous ones--Barbary corsair (and Englishman) Jack Ward. As a matter of fact, one of the most notorious Barbary raids, the Sack of Baltimore, was led by a Dutch captain. Jan Janszoon and his crew...which included a substantial number of Dutch recruits...carried out the raid in the dead of night and ambushed 107 villagers as they lay sleeping their beds. And Anglo-Barbary Piracy is certainly a well-documented matter of historical fact and clearly shows that Protestants collaborated with Turkish against Catholic Europe.

So, tell me...Is it now your opinion that enslaved Europeans essentially "did it to themselves" and shared just as much, or perhaps even more blame than the oppressors who actually enslaved them?
