Umm... Bogie and Bacall are buried in Forest Lawn in California (yes, they were both in Key Largo, but that seems to have been it for them, Florida-wise) and, While I have to admit, I can’t recall having ever watched an episode of Miami Vice, I’m fairly certain neither one died during the run of the series. Hell, both Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas are still alive.
