It’s not even can’t. He WON’T. All options considered I’m still going with what I called a metal rod. It’s really a steel pole. I’ve been practicing swinging it, exactly where to hold it to get the best mobility and the most force. I’m just afraid a spray or whatever that only gives me one shot wouldn’t work. I’m confident for me a blunt weapon like a pole or a bat would be the best deterrent.
I appreciate that you’re saying I have a right to defend myself but in all probably if I crack a canine’s skull under any circumstance I’ll be going to jail. I sincerely hope it’s enough of a deterrent to where the owner will think again.
If it didn’t come with a life prison sentence I’d prefer to crack his skull and give the dog to someone willing to take responsibility for his animal.
