1. This assumes Kylo has that ability and again star destroyers can't hyper jump like that 

2. Vader wasn't leaping from one point to he other short range

 True. Kylo might not be strong/skilled enough as a Sith/Jedi...... So then, what about Lord Snoke?
 Also.. given the time depicted as passing in the film.. making two or more jumps to place a vessel in such a position would not seem to be out of the question. *Shrug* Jus' sayin'.

 Also (Relativly) true. Vader's ship is still, however, emerging from Hyper-space exactly where it needs to be to stop the Rebel fleet from hyper-spacing away. That it is possibly Vader's personal ship (With all of the crew traiing and higher level of staff skill that entails) and that Vader is definately in a position to personally control the outcome of that particular jump would also seem to not be in question.

 Do such skills carry over into Last Jedi? *Shrug* Answering either way presents different issues.

 Rewatching and one sees a cargo ship smear itself across the Star Destoyer's bow as it begins to rush forwards. Again, more questions posed when the two films are reveiwed.
