I picked that verse for the specific reason as I already stated before, if within your religion there isn't even an agreement what verses mean, then they will not be convincing to those that don't believe in your version of a god. We don't accept on blind faith the Quran is correct so we don't need to make up elaborate stories to what verses mean. You say you explain what these verses mean, but in fact you only explain how you interpret them. I just don't agree.
