I would not think that child pornography would fall under censorship as that is the result of illegal activity. Though, even that creates a line drawing contest.
Child porn laws aren't just about the result of a crime, in fact it doesn't usually matter if the pictures were created by exploiting children or not.
Most (if not all) child porn laws prohibit even depictions such as computer generated child porn that isn't created by harming children. The reasoning is to destroy the market for it so to destroy the desire to create it.
