Cosby is a pretty powerful guy with alot of money, ( a heck of alot more money than Kobe) how did that work out for him? Can't have it both ways. It's funny how black men don't even have to be convicted in order to still be guilty.

The chief difference in the outcomes of the two cases is that Bryant’s accuser refused to testify, while multiple women testified against Cosby. It isn’t much of a leap to imagine Bryant’s lawyers offering a civil settlement for the girl declining to take the stand.
