Also the accuser was bragging about having sex with Kobe and had had the semen of multiple men on her drawers, so unless she has a habit of not washing her ass, she had sex with multiple people that day.
I'm not convinced that Kobe was a rapist. The forensic evidence, witness statements regarding the accuser gushing/bragging about Bryant's BBC, and the accuser's admitted lie regarding the details immediately following the encounter leave enough of room in my mind for reasonable doubt. That, coupled with the fact with fact that the charges were dropped, make me unwilling to deem the man as such.
It's crazy to see so many people insisting that the guy shouldn't be mourned and/or suggesting this was somehow justice or deserved, considering how many people were involved in the crash--though, I can't say I actually find it surprising.
The statement from the doctor who examined her said that the tearing found would be consistent with a rape and her blood was found on Kobe's t-shirt. The charges were dropped because she wouldnt testify not because the case was weak.
