No, that isn't the chief difference, the chief difference is that Cosby wasn't even accused of rape, He was charged with aggravated indecent assault (he allegedly penetrated her with his fingers), he had no sexual relations with the accuser. Cosby's was only involved one accuser, not multiple.
82 year old rich Black man convicted of aggravated indecent assault = 10 years
White woman walks into black mans home and kills him and gets convicted of murder = 10 years

What the hell are you talking about? Cosby had like 60 accusers many accusing him of rape. Do You honestly believe that he was mistreated because of his race?
