Given that God has the wherewithal to end (or at least ameliorate) human suffering and clearly does not, an indifferent God would be the very definition of psychopathy that the OP was going on about.
Therefore, God deserves to be in Hell. It's, you know, justified.

I'll wade into the water a bit then. You seem to be assuming that suffering is inherently bad. People here are also assuming that injustice demands punishment, when it could also demand reconciliation. I believe that hell is justified. I also believe Hell is a freely embraced condition rather than a forcibly induced punishment. I also believe the doors of hell are locked from the inside to be more poetic.
