Observing the sick child is one test of the tests of this life.
It makes people turn into two groups:
-a group that does "good"; trying to cure and care for the sick
-a group that does "bad"; either taking advantage of the sick child, sometimes cause the sickness themselves by making Biologic weapons (like Agent Orange) and irradiated ammo (like in WW2 over Japan).
You’ve left out the suffering of the child. If a god’s methods of testing people is via the pain and suffering of children, you can keep him. And if you can’t dream up an imaginary friend who doesn’t include this sick, twisted, brutal method, I truly, TRULY feel sorry for you.
