On his card, he doesn't talk about Ryder/Ziggler. Apart from that, he predicted the same way as me 5 out of 7 matches. The thing is, there's reasons why the faces can't win most of those matches. Here's why I've gone with my guys:
1. Mark Henry is an unstoppable monster who they've been pushing and pushing. They're going to give him a long run. After all the build up, if they have him lose to Big Show tonight it'll kill the entire momentum. It is possible that Big Show will get a countout or DQ victory, but I will be STUNNED if he walks away with the belt. Whoever they have beat Henry for the belt, it should be someone they have long term faith in, so they can use the victory to catapult them. Probably Sheamus or Daniel Bryan will be the guy here, or Miz or Ziggler if they turn face.
2. The WWE Championship has now changed hands FOUR PPVs in a row. They are going to bury that belt, and ADR if they don't give him the win. Having the LMS stipulation is simply a way to defeat Cena without having him get pinned. It'll probably either be a really ruthless attack for a long time by ADR that keeps him down and makes ADR look like a really dangerous guy, or something devious like burying Cena under something so he physically can't get up. This is probably the biggest lock on the card, I can't see any way they give Cena the win here.
3. Orton will pin Rhodes because he's lost two PPVs in a row now and if WWE lets Orton lose too much then his head will implode. They've made it non-title which is another dead giveaway.
4. Beth Phoenix only just won the belt, so it would be crazy to give it up. This is just to get young and teenage girls tuning in anyway, so who cares.
5. The tag title match could go either way, but Air Boom are the first serious tag team in ages and I really think they should be building around them. So yeah, them.
6. Ryder might not get it this time, I think he may win by DQ or something but I dunno. He's going to win it at some point but having already pinned Dolph a bunch of times they might want to make Dolph look stronger.
7. Sheamus beat Christian last time. Think they want to keep the pair of them going for a bit longer so I see a win for Christian this time out.
8. The Miz/Truth vs HHH/Punk match is hard to call. On one hand, there could be some Laurinaitis related shenanigans that cost HHH/Punk the win, on the other hand Punk has lost 3 PPVs in a row now so they might want to turn that around. My thinking is, go with the odds and assume HHH will put himself over with a win.
There's method in the madness!
