I'm genuinely glad that you found some copy that jived with you and tricked you into believing that you felt no ill effects. You did read the OP right?
This person is struggling with a very well-worn experience so for you to come in here with your magic feathers and snake oil...
It really is missing the point.
The delusion is thinking that it is necessarily hard to stop smoking. Given the massive deleterious effects of smoking (death/cancer/money etc etc etc) does it not strike you that smoking is a delusional cognitive error? If not HOW THE FUCK NOT?!?!?!? Easy Way erases the brainwashing/delusion which has been built into and building up in every addicted smoker. You have it arse backwards RE the location of the delusion. Like I said, consume the book or stop slagging it off from your position of near total ignorance as to its contents, Rhizomorph13. It's really not a good look, from where I'm sitting.
"Given the massive deleterious effects of smoking (death/cancer/money etc etc etc) does it not strike you that smoking is a delusional cognitive error?" Um, no it is a chemical process of addiction that is well documented.
I'm not going to read your book. I think we can meet on some common ground and I'll concede that the effects of stopping smoking are often overblown, BUT I do not believe there is a way to avoid SOME effect from quitting and that gets us back to the OP expressing their REAL problems that they are experiencing so GOOD for you that you found a way to stop smoking that didn't cause you some discomfort. Oh, wait, you had to read some terrible book, never mind.
