Another downfall of the Linux community is the "RTFM" attitude and the "If it mentions Windows, it's a troll" attitude.
Each of these can be re-approached.
"RTFM" can be substituted with "There is documentation available on your system. "
The "troll's" question/statement can be replied with an attitude of "It's a challenge, let's take it."
I try to make my howto's easy for people to understand.
I also try to setup other's systems to where they can easily understand it.
Maybe if more of the users approached others like Klaus Knopper and less like Richard Stallman, the system would be more widespread.
