It's like trying to explain something to a particularly stupid child.
It's fucking simple. If people have 10 kids in the hope that at least some survive, then the population grows.
If people have just two in the knowledge that vaccines ensure both survive, then they will do that instead. And the population shrinks.
A big part of that is the empowerment of WOMEN over their own reproductive lives. But you are dead set against that for religious reasons.
How fucking hard is this for you to work out?
