You do realize that the mandatory COVID app is different from a vaccine, right? That it’s shockingly easy to sidestep by just not taking your phone wherever you go? And that, since not only are asymptomatic carriers still a thing, but there’s some compelling evidence that they’re the ones driving the spread, this can only work if EVERYONE is tested regularly for COVID, something that authorities still say is not a good idea?
TL;DR: The biggest moral difference between the COVID tracking app and a vaccine is that the app is a nonstarter. Well, that and vaccines are more likely to actually stop the spread of the virus.
And, once again, I would like to point you to what happened in Samoa a few months ago: parents stopped vaccinating their children for measles, an outbreak happens, a bit less than 3 percent of the population gets the disease, and the outbreak stops only when the government steps in and mandates vaccines. This happened about four to six months ago. I can’t help but notice you keep ignoring this major recent object-lesson in why your views have failed.
