I didn't even mention Islam in my OP. I didn't even write this topic in the Islamic section.
If Haftar has stockpiled weapons, he’s still able to fight, correct? If either he or al-Sarraj haven’t capitulated, the war hasn’t stopped, right? If no peace agreements have been reached, the war hasn’t stopped, right? The Libyan Civil War is still ongoing, then, and hasn’t been stopped by COVID-19 or by anything else.
And yes, you did indeed mention Islam - what does the acronym ‘ISIS’ stand for?

He indeed did stockpile weapons; especially with the bridges of support given to him by the UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Haftar would never surrender until he is trialed and hopefully, he get sentenced by the worst sentence in the Libyan law.

Libya's Haftar calls for support amid military losses
...
The GNA has been under attack by Haftar's forces since last April, with more than 1,000 killed in the violence. It launched Operation Peace Storm on March 26 to counter attacks against the capital.
The GNA announced earlier this month its forces cleared Haftar militias from at least eight provinces.

Covid-19 cut the supply lines of this criminal.
As for my OP, the name of ISIS doesn't concern me, because there are other terrorists who are being inflated by the media -like Haftar for example-.
