The Ramones are a perfect example to me. They are only known now for what we know now. But they were brilliant in their execution and lyrics.
Here are two artists who deserve far more credit then they got.

Is she your latest fantasy? It's already been discussed that she is average.
She made a place for herself among the atheist activists who really needed a female face to present to the public.
I will admit to using Shelley as an example, but the point of the thread was to open it up to EVERYONE who thinks of artists they know didn't get as big as what they thought they should have.
This thread isn't limited to Shelley or Lori, it is open to ANYONE who can and is willing to post a song by a not so famous artist whom they think should have moved up.
I am also a fan of famous artists too.
