Yes I have.
It’s hard af to run a restaurant
It’s just one crazy clusterfuck after the next
You gotta be able to figure out problems fast as shit even when you’re dead tired
The logistics are also insane
I’m just a dude who knows a shitload of recipes - I’m shitty problem solver
I’m just in the mood to shit on the industry
It deserves it tbh
No sick days
No health care
Don’t work don’t eat
Sick of it
I also want to say mom and pop are just as greedy as the corporate cunts
They just haven’t accumulated the same wealth
Restaurant owners work hard af until they can pawn it off to managers
But they expect people who aren’t paid enough to even fucking live to work like they do
Fuck them
And fucking having to risk my life
