In Georgia, you can only attempt a citizen’s arrest if you witness a crime. And since running down the street is the only thing the McMichaels saw Arbery do, it must be a crime. Right?

And even if he had been spotted at the property .He neither damaged or stole anything according to the video footage and even the owner of the property he visited condemns the  McMichaels actions as unjustified
