Don't talk to me of sheep or goats, that cheese tastes odd and I don't like it as much as a good cheddar or gouda.
You can’t make cheese out of almond milk because there is no such thing as almond milk. You can congeal almond juice to get a vaguely cheese-like mass, but it ain’t cheese.
