If he's in the USA & gets mail at that address, they cannot just throw him out. They have to go thru the eviction process, especially if they don't have a lease with him. He needs to walk his ass back inside the house & call the cops if they've destroyed any of his belongings.
My family has several rental properties so I'm not just talking out of my ass.
