Go look on Craigslist and see how many dickdroppings try to off their old garbage by describing it as "vintage".

An electric stove(circa 1980s) is vintage?

Yes, an electric stove from the 80s would be considered vintage. My wife has a shop that deals almost exclusively in old goods. Anything from 20-100 years old is considered ‘vintage’. To qualify as ‘antique’, the item must be more than 100 years old. ‘Collectible’ is a much more nebulous term - it’s rather faddy.
These terms and ages are pretty standard across collectors worldwide for things like clothing, furniture, tools/utensils and so on. I’m given to understand that people who deal in collectible automobiles have different criteria.
