Consider this. If we posit that there are absolutely no racist cops, we would still have to explain why the justice system consistently produces these outcomes. They would not, in this scenario and even in our real world, depend on the racism of an individual officer, or even a collection of racist or non racist officers expressed by a percentage.
Racists want us bickering over the percentages because they don't want us bickering over racism.
That made no sense.
