I drink 8-10 cups of real coffee a day .I think life is too short to drink instant coffee which is not only horrible but also gives you cancer and makes you impotent..
I compare the effect with making a drunk drink say a gallon of coffee; what you end up with is wide awake drunk with an even fuller bladder.
