Duran De January......
I was watching just now a rerun of  of the trivia game show"The Chase" and one of the questions was the origin of the name of the city Rio De Janeiro.

It was first established as a Portuguese outpost in 1502 when they landed on Guanabara Bay. It literally means, "River Of January." Named after the month the Portuguese landed in Rio.

Can't remember the exact question because it was happening so fast, but one of the answers was Lysistrata, The ancient greek play by Aristophanes. But according to this wiki page, the title means "Army Dispander". I do remember it was a comedy in which the women of the theme of the play refused to have sex with the men if they kept fighting.
