The only people who think that the killing of George Floyd was racist are racists. Also, the louder they scream "RACISM!" and the more firmly and strictly they hold that line, the bigger a racist they are. Call it projection, call it false consensus effect, it's real.
The true non-racist sees the killing of George Floyd as being a policeman killing a man - we do not see the race of the actors, or at least, we view race as being necessarily irrelevant in the tragedy, as we live our lives that way. That is the correct, unifying, helpful and righteous perspective. The profound racist, on the other hand, sees nothing but race in the tragedy and fans the flames of division and unrest with every racial attribution.
