It's not a pollutant.  It's fertilizer.  People using it wrongly is on them.  Use the poop.  Embrace the poop.  Be the poop.

In an efficiently designed system, you wouldn’t need fertilizer. In fact, it’s a mark of inefficiency that plants need animal poo to grow.

I don't claim the system is designed by a being.  I'm saying there are uses for various byproducts that we can design around.  I built controls and instrumentation for closed loop aquaponics systems years ago.  So I have a different perspective on poop.

Your objection is like saying, why do we need to breathe?  Why do we get old?  Seems trivial to discuss in this way.  We have established that if there is a god, he's a royal fuckup.
