I'm not saying they are all to blame, but they do have a bad seed problem. Their house(s) will get cleaned and the local communities/societies will determine what they consider necessary for law enforcement.

I've asked repeatedly how many of us have been on police ride-a-longs (to let the police know we're watching them and to get to know the officers that may be required to risk their lives for us) and how many have been to their local version of police review boards (to let the city officials and the police brass know we care). Dud thuds were heard throughout the land.
