...is being armed a crime? Should police be able to call a shooting justified so long as they find a pistol? I don't think our buddy here is being entirely genuine in his excuses for the un-trackable stat of police shootings. Probably ought to stick with the usual and completely legal explanation. The officer was scared. We send a bunch of trembling children out with guns and authority and tell them that it's them against the world and that they'd better be prepared to kill.
It's no surprise that they try. That's -exactly- how we intentionally condition state sponsored killers.
