I have to say that Lucy's point is well-taken. Except, it will probably be some religious fuckwit ( with or without a towel wrapped around his head ) who does it in order to facilitate some fantasy of his own devising.

"Delivery systems" are irrelevant. You can put it in a truck and drive it wherever you want.

Serious fissionable bomb-making material is highly dangerous and making it in the privacy of your own home seems a pipe-dream. But this shit is out there and like almost anything else all you really need to get it is money. The jihadists or their nutty xtian pals the dominionists already have money.
