You can think whatever you like, of course. But it’s as easy to get these things right as it is to get them wrong. Read the transcript of the audio you posted. Ms. Ong did nothing that lead to the culprits.

Ong gave the seat assignments, those are recorded based on ticket sales. She didn't have to say the names. The names were attached to the seats upon the sale.
