He's not wrong. Clothes are clothes. What values we ascribe to them, in gender terms or in any other capacity, doesn't detract from what their function really is. We should just stick to the facts, not fashion, how much a piece of clothing weighs, what material it is made from, ... you get the picture. Nothing wrong with fashion, in itself, just don't get hung up on something looking good at the price of functionality, is all I'm getting at concerning clothes.
I have a little game, that I however rarely apply (doesn't come up often), is that I point out to some unsuspecting person I encounter that I point out the fact that underneath all their clothes, they're naked, and just take it from there how they react. It's such an obvious observation, that people - I find - have a tendency to slip out of their mind, sometimes. With that said, yoga pants are as close to divinity it will get, lol.
