Ok so I had no problem assembling anything else. So I connect the hose, turn it on, and THE DAMNED THING IS BLOWING AIR, NOT SUCKING... I freaked out. Yea yea yea, but only for a second, then I realized the vac had two hose ports, one for blowing and one for sucking.
Why didn’t you get the proper screwdriver BEFORE you started putting the wheels on?
Why do you need a shop vac? Mine is used almost exclusively for sawdust collection in the shop (cyclone-type system).

I did look but couldn't find it. I didn't want to waste all day trying to find it.
I bought a shop vac because it was cheaper than a vacuum cleaner and I have very little carpet in my house. Shop vac works quite well on a vinyl faux wood floor. Great for dust bunnies behind the couch and behind the fridge and oven.
