I got that you have a 6 pound dog and that the other person has a 100 pound dog. Dogs don't associate size with dominance, at least from what I've seen with domestic dogs. We have a rental house, and the tenants have a little pot licker that masses maybe 7 pounds. It yaps like a real bad boy, and is all over the screen door when I come over to make repairs or do maintenance on the house. He also barks like a mindless automaton whenever I get within some sort of self-programmed distance from his owner. I just laugh. I could punt that dog 50 yards, easily, though I would never do such a thing.
I have no recommendation as to what to do about getting the little dog to leave the big dog alone. Maybe get the "Dog Whisperer" to visit you. At least maybe you'll get paid while having the problem solved?

If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
