Conceding is not a legal requirement, but it does not help that he is hanging on so long.
He wants to go down as a martyr. I would worry more about the fact he just fired a military adviser. I wouldn't put it past the fucker to start a war and try to declare martial law here.
But considering how he is behaving right now, I think our intel will put their foot down, our military is still diverse, they are not all one party, neither is our CIA or Secret Service.
I think he will ultimately see he isn't getting that all out civil war and our FBI has proven it will go after people who plot to kidnap any politician. He will crawl out or be drug out in a whimper.
