Yes I know what it means, but I reject its usage here. Christians are all striving to live up to the same moral code, that doesn’t mean they achieve it. Where in scripture does it say that once someone becomes a Christian they automatically live a perfect life and no longer make mistakes? You are pointing to Christians who are acting in a way contrary to how scripture commands them to and then pulling the sweeping generalization fallacy to try and make a point; that doesn't hold up my friend. What troubles me is the fact that you seem to give the atheists who act in the very same way a pass, and then inconsistently turn around and chastise believers for doing the very same thing. At least I condemn both sides of the aisle for acting in that way.
