Again, it is hard to say. I was expecting ground meat, and compact meat like a burger in America. It tasted good, but when one says "burger" it does not mean the same there. What I got was flat and stringy, like egg fu young. AGAIN it tasted good, but I wouldn't call it a burger.

I had it prepared differently - cut into nugget-sized chunks and pan fried.
