It comes to the same thing. You’re saying that if the girl hadn’t been afraid of the police, she wouldn’t have been pepper sprayed. Try not to lose sight of the facts - half a dozen cops made the decision to cuff and mace a nine year old girl. Can you at least acknowledge that they’re the ones at fault?
