post 29- I express the hope that Obama succeeds in rolling out affordable healthcare for America.
post 30- Kyu responds by not mentioning healthcare but quotes Ali-G which is apparently humourous, but could be construed differently if you aren't familiar with Ali-G so I later ask for an explanation ( post 40 ).
post 31- I ask Kyu whether he supports the initiative.
post32- No answer from Kyu, just sarcasm.
post 33- I express frustration.
post 34- more Kyu sarcasm.
post 35- I accuse Kyu of not answering my questions.
post 39- More Kyu sarcasm and insults.
post 40- I refer Kyu to my unanswered question in post 31 and seek clarification of the Ali-G QUOTE.
Post 43- Kyu responds but doesn't answer.
post 44- I repeat the questions.
post 45- Kyu responds with no answers but more insults.
post 51- Kyu finally answers on healthcare for America......but answers Leo.rcc not me.

That's it folks, now tell me who is in the wrong in this?

No surprise which side you take. On the odd ocasion, I can remember 1, where you and Kyu were at odds, both of you kept the gloves very much on....neither of you argued as you would have with, let me see, me, for example.
Kyu has not answered my question, so don't preach to me.

Erm, I take you have never read any of the Operating System threads, where Kyu, brother of Gates and wielder of the shield of Windows takes on myself, who flies the flag of Torvalds with my sword of Linux.

He did answer your question, multiple times, and considering that he said "I'm fairly confident he'll do a good job at least by my political ideals" before you even asked the question, I don't see how your response of "same old" is justifiable in any way! You asked a question, Kyu pointed out that he had already answered it. You started this. You ask a question, you got an answer. That should have been the end of it, but for some reason you seem to like getting in the last word.
