I ask why it is everyone is so hung up on Obama, why it is they think he's so great ... I didn't actually respond to your post at all. As it happens I admire Obama, he's an intelligent, dignified and politically astute operator I paraphrased Ali G because it seems to me that the thing people focus on is his colour (but you were apparently too wrapped up in being in ass to understand that).

Bozo repeatedly asks the same question, repeatedly gets the same response (that I have answered) and it's worth noting that whilst I was sarcastic in tone Bozo disingenuously fails to mention the sarcasm in his own responses. In post 39 Bozo claims I do not answer direct questions.

Padraic opines on Bozo's debating skills and Bozo is sarcastic in return. Also in post 40 Bozo disingenuously claims that Obama's health care initiative was the subject of the thread (in fact his opening post was one line, "OK so the first black man made President. How long will it take to get an atheist of whatever colour/sex elected?"). He also asks me to explain my Ali G comment.

I again point out (no sarcasm) that I had answered the question and quoted one of my later (admittedly sarcastic) answers. I commented that my Ali G comment was humour (*and personally I think the humour was self-evident) and asked if he'd never heard of him.

Bozo tells me I'm tiresome and again asks me to answer the question I was not even answering in the first place. I respond caustically, repeat my answer and tell him if that isn't good enough then he can shove it. Losing patience at this point due to this thread and another (where Bozo refused point blank to justify why it was that he felt the European led slaughter of Native Americans was different from the ancestors of the Native Americans slaughtering the original denizens of America) I refuse to explain the Ali G humour. I also request that he stops quoting huge segments of other people's posts and adding only 1 or 2 lines of his own ... predictably he snaps back at me. Adrian and Leo comment in slightly different ways on the altercation. Bozo snaps at Adrian and explains to Leo (which interestingly is much like what he accuses me of doing above).

So there you have it ... 2 versions of the same event. TBH I don't really care what others think of me (OK I care about what some people think of me ... the mods and a few such as Padraic, Jason Jarred and others) but most importantly I wanted to set the record straight, to show that Bozo's distortoverse version wasn't the only way it might have happened.
