And I don't care if you don't care. The whole thing is improbable to the point of absurd, And no the footage on the body cam is anything but conclusive.

There is nothing intrinsically very unlikely about it.    It only seems improbable because:

1.  Saying it is Improbable fits your agenda,

2.  It seems improbable on the surface because it has seldom happened, but you are unwilling to give police credit for largely effective measures to reduce incidence of something that is not intrinsically very unlikely.
